This test failure is due to a setup failure:

and the setup failure occurred due to: 

> Failed remote launch: java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException @ com.sun.jdi.CommandLineLaunch

So this bug is for JdiLaunchingExecutionControlTest.java failures that 
happen during setup due to a failed remote launch. 

PLEASE, DO NOT ADD OTHER FAILURE MODES TO THIS BUG.
