Description
The InsertMemBarAfterArraycopy flag has been obsoleted by JDK-8252889 in JDK 16 and should be removed once it expires in JDK 17.

[~thartmann] there is no need to file bugs to have expired flags individually removed as they are removed en-masse at the start of the release - see JDK-8236225 for JDK 17.
