Description
Xerces version is diplayed incorrect when we use ./java com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.impl.Version  to check the version.

In JDK1.8.0_261 the Xerces version is 2.12 , but the command displays  2.7.1.

# ./java com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.impl.Version
Xerces-J 2.7.1

Need to update the version value in com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.impl.Version

XERCES version in Openjdk 8u272 appears to be 2.10.0. JDK-8242470 and JDK-8238164 have yet backported.
