Description
after JDK-6916074, javax/net/ssl/SSLEngine/TestAllSuites.java and Basics.java have '@ignore JSSE supported cipher suites are changed with CR 6916074, need to update this test case in JDK 7 soon'

canonically, @ignore should be followed by the id of the bug which describes the problem and will be used to eventually fix it.
