JDK-8196584 - TLS 1.3 Implementation
Description
after JDK-8196584, sun/security/ssl/SSLSocketImpl/SetClientMode.java and NonAutoClose.java have '@ignore this test does not grant to work.  The handshake may have completed when getSession() return.  Please update or remove this test case.' 

canonically, @ignore should be followed by the id of the bug which describes the problem and will be used to eventually fix it.
