Thanks for letting me know Joe. I missed checking if JDK15 fix had a CSR as my intent was to bp https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8234347 and both share the same commit.

[~kravikumar], as the parent issue had a CSR for JDK 15, the backport should have had a CSR before being pushed to an update release. Please file a retroactive CSR to rectify this situation.
