freetype 2.10.2 was released on 2020-05-09
Besides various maintenance fixes, this release comes with support of WOFF 2 fonts. More details are listed in
https://sourceforge.net/projects/freetype/files/freetype2/2.10.2/

JDK should upgrade to that when it is convenient.

[jdk8u-fix-request] Approval Request from judovana It would be nice to have freetype aligned with other JDKs. I would like to move jdk8 up to 2.13.3 before next release
