Description
     Users get UAC prompt about ssvagent.exe after upgrading
     java from 8u202 to 8u241 and 8u251 on client machine
     when multiple java installations are on the same machine.

     8u251 works fine when there is no older version.

     Reproducibility: Some times, not consistent.
Comments
The problem is not reproduced any longer. 8u202 and either 8u241 or 8u251 were tried. There may have been a problem in Java Plugin registration entries in HKLM where Plugin DLL did not point to the latest installed JRE, SSV Helper Object in Internet Explorer detected this problem and started elevated ssvagent.exe because HKLM cannot be written without elevation. This should be one-off operation. After ssvagent.exe corrected the entries, you will not see it.
