Description
Current 8u-aarch64 code has this change that sticks out in difference against 8u upstream:
 https://hg.openjdk.java.net/aarch64-port/jdk8u-shenandoah/hotspot/rev/70d4f640f931

Reverting that fix does not fail aarch64/zero builds. There is no such change in later releases too. So, it should be reverted.
