Description
G1 uses the name "max_rs_length" to store the sum of all remembered set lengths of evacuated regions.

Rename to something more appropriate, e.g. young_rs_length.
Comments
This change has to go with JDK-8227739 because otherwise we would temporarily need both total (young and old) and young gen only remembered set entry sums.
