There has been a new jQuery release and langtools would upgrade JDK
to include the latest version of jQuery.

New jQuery version 3.4.1 was released on 1st May https://blog.jquery.com/2019/05/01/jquery-3-4-1-triggering-focus-events-in-ie-and-finding-root-elements-in-ios-10/ Plan is to upgrade to this latest one.
