Description
ssvagent.exe does 2.5 million Registry read/writes within the span of 5 hours on Windows 10/IE11 b1607 running JRE 8u152.

Eventually, ssvagent.exe is launched each time a new tab is open in Internet Explorer.

Upgrading to Windows 10 SAC 1803 has resolved the issue.
