Fix request (11u):
Requesting the backport of this Windows 32bit only build fix. Risk is low and the patch has been running through SAP's nightlies in 11u for a long time now.
It didn't apply because other changes that came in before this fix haven't been backported. So asked for review here: https://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/jdk-updates-dev/2019-September/001809.html

Parts of these cast errors were introduced by JDK-8213010.
