Description
This is only a correction of incomplete check-in of JDK-8204060.
The test image 'image_smoothing_draw_test.png' was missed in the fix check-in for JDK-8204060.

The complete change is already reviewed under the JDK-8204060.

Hi, Please take a look at this correction fix: http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~arapte/fx/8204060/8214508/webrev.00/ The file was missed in check in of JDK-8204060, which is already reviewed. This change only adds the missing test resource image file.
