[~kbarrett] Given the size of the proposed set of command line options, I think a CSR review is warranted in this case.

[~darcy] The feature as a whole is experimental, and all of the proposed new command line options are experimental or diagnostic, so a CSR is optional according to the CSR FAQ.

Note that if there are interface changes, such as new command line options, a CSR (https://wiki.openjdk.java.net/display/csr/Main) will be needed as well.
