JDK-8211251 - Default mask register for avx512 instructions
Description
After JDK-8211251, MacroAssembler generates different code based on C2 option  (PostLoopMultiversioning). This is a weird dependency, and will trip off users of MacroAssembler that are not coming from C2 or from loop optimizations. I think this should be cleaned up.
