I doubt it worths to be a P2, windows x86 isn't a support build platform -- https://wiki.openjdk.java.net/display/Build/Supported+Build+Platforms

ILW = Build failure; for Windows x86 32-bit, using latest C++ compiler version toolchain of Microsoft Visual studio; try older version toolchain --with-devkit! = HMM = P2
