Description
jdk.test.lib.thread.TestThread and XRun classes are identicial to jdk.testlibrary.TestThread and XRun.

jdk.testlibrary.ProcessThread should be moved to either jdk.test.lib.thread or  jdk.test.lib.process package.

Fix request [11u] I backport this to simplify follow up backports. No risk, only a test change. Clean backport. SAP nighlty testing passed.
