REGRESSION : Last worked in version 10.0.2

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Clean Windows Installation -> dowload Java 10.0.2 Setup -> install it -> try to search an Update over Java Control Panel

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Find an Update or get the respone that the newes Version is installed
ACTUAL -
Error Message that jucheck.exe doesn't exist
