Description
The SA has code that duplicates the implementation of the SymbolTable.  When we change the SymbolTable to use the concurrent hash table, the SA code will be broken.
This RFE is to fix the SA to not require the SymbolTable implementation.
Comments
Fix request (11u) -- will label after testing completed. I would like to downport this for parity with 11.0.9-oracle. I had to resolve and adapt to different coding. I ran the tests changed by this patch and our nightlies. http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/jdk-updates-dev/2020-May/003196.html
