Description
The code runs the Dacapo benchmark suite with minimal overhead when enabled and is stable

BigRamTester (I ran a slightly modified version of https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/secure/attachment/58010/BigRamTester.java) and got 0% overhead as well.

The Dacapo runs passed with the latest webrev. It passed with the events turned off and showed a 0% overhead.
