Description
FlagGuard class is currently only used by hotspot/gtest/runtime/test_globals.cpp, consider removing it.

FLAG_GUARD is used by hotspot/gtest/gc/shared/test_collectorPolicy.cpp
Comments
The argument here was made to me that since it is used by test_collectorPolicy.cpp, which uses the FLAG_GUARD functionality it can stay in. I personally disagree, but I will withdraw it.
