REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

Java 9 Windows 7 This seems a duplicate of JDK-8187902 which is in incomplete status. Issue is not reproducible in general post installation of JDK 9. We would require install log including jusched log files from the affected system to be able to evaluate this better. Look for following files in Temp folder: jreMSI.log java_install.log java_install_reg.log jusched.log JavaDeployReg.log For Windows 7, Go to Start > Type: %TEMP% in Start Search field. or Go to Start > Computer > c: > users > username > AppData > Local > Temp Ref: https://www.java.com/en/download/help/log_files.xml
