Description
Need to update existing tests to use STRESS_GC_LOG_OPTS instead of -Xlog:gc...  which was added in JDK-8178113.
Comments
STRESS_GC_LOG_OPTS and set of other vars were used by vm-testbase tests prior their conversion to jtreg test harness, I believe we can close it as NAI.

Do we have a better explanation/description to this bug? I cannot find a single reference to STRESS_GC_LOG_OPTS to refer to.
