Description
Array assignments with curly brackets 

 arr={1,2,3};

are not yet accepted by VS 2010.

The RDP2 process has not been finalized yet. We need to wait for March 23. See: http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/jdk9-dev/2017-March/005666.html JDK 9 Committers are invited to comment on this process proposal. If no serious objections are raised in one week's time, by 23:00 UTC next Thursday, 23 March, then this is the process that we'll use.
