Description
The `-XX:SafepointPollOffset` flag has been removed because it was introduced only to reproduce a problem with the C1 compiler and is no longer needed.

The release note generated from this issue (see below) looks good to me, except for a minor problem (also noted below). Once that problem is addressed, please consider the release note reviewed. "Remove SafepointPollOffset flag The `-XX:SafepointPollOffset` flag has been removed because it was only introduced to reproduce a problem with the C1 compiler and is no longer needed. " Please change "it was only introduced" to "it was introduced only".
