Description
JDK-8164656 introduced a new KdcPolicy.java test as a replacement for all existing tests on kdc timeout policy including BadKdc?.java, TcpTimeout.java and MaxRetries.java. The new test has been running reliable for some time and it's much faster. Now is the time to remove the old ones.
