Description
Need to add more interop automated testing with other SSL/TLS/DTLS vendors, such as browsers.  This is an umbrella RFE, please make update in new RFE and don't close this  one until the interop testing is sufficient.
Comments
A lot of interop testing were added during the implementation of TLS 1.3. The bug can be closed for now.

One possible interop testing: JDK should be able to read and response ClientHello message generated by other vendors or browsers. See JDK-8169362 for more details. Please consider to add more test cases, including but not limited to, Firefox, IE, Edge, OpenSSL, GunTLS, Opera, plus various major release versions of each. For new test case, please file a new RFE and link it to this RFE so that we can have a recap about the interop testing coverage.
