Description
First, I don't know if it should run on Windows at all. If yes, what is the reason of failure this time? In any case, it always fails on my Windows 10 with a new PIT build for jdk9 b143.

RULE "closed/javax/swing/plaf/windows/4736093/bug4736093.java" Exception java.lang.RuntimeException: Test failed.
