Description
Reproducible: always
Platform-specific: no 
Regression: no (In older versions letters are rendered as rectangles)
Steps to reproduce: Open http://www.salesforce.com/cn/?ir=1 in WebView
Expected results: Same Chinese characters are rendered (or not rendered) for the whole site.
Actual result: Characters are rendered for the title bar, but the same letters aren't rendered on the left panel.

Probably, related to JDK-8160980 in some way.
