Description
We currently use an old version of SWT (3.7.2) to compile the javafx.swt module against and to run tests.

We should consider upgrading to SWT 4.6 since some things cannot be adequately tested with the older version (see JDK-8143596). Also, the newer version will be required on Ubuntu 16, because SWT 3.7.2 does not support GTK 3.

That seems good.

[~kcr] There are 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2 and 4.6.3 available. Probably I am missing some other limitations, but I am going to use 4.6.3 for this fix, is this OK? http://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/ http://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/R-4.6.3-201703010400/

We should consider this for JDK 10.
