JDK-8186719 - [testbug] add @requires vm.cds to CDS tests in jdk test suite
Description
Currently hotspot jtreg tests has additional requires properties to use in tests descriptions. However, this feature is not enabled for jdk jtreg tests. Respective TEST.ROOT file changes should be applied, since it makes it impossible to use correct tests filtering. Another approach is to move respective tests from jdk to hotspot repo

It seems like enhancement since it is a new feature which is not enabled for jdk tests.
