Description
Now that Ubuntu 16.04 LTS is released (and will be the minimum supported version of Ubuntu Linux for JDK 9) we should update the list of supported packages.

By way of example, the following issues speak to the need for this:

JDK-8160980 -- Asian fonts no longer load in WebView with the default set of fonts installed wtih Ubuntu 16.04
JDK-8150503 -- New version of libav has additional required package on newer Ubuntu systems (ffmpeg)
Comments
I filed a separate ticket to amend the list of certified configurations for JDK 10, so I am withdrawing this task.

Since we already releases the last planned update for JDK 9 and that will reach end of support in just 2 more months I propose not changing that in 9 and simply include it int he list of supported documentation for 10.

[~kcr] I tested the chinese font packages (like fonts-wqy-microhei, fonts-arphic-uming, fonts-wqy-zenhei, fonts-tibetan-machine) by removing and installing one by one. Issue is reproducible once i remove font package "fonts-wqy-zenhei". When i installed "fonts-wqy-zenhei", issue is not reproduced. Hence we need to include "fonts-wqy-zenhei" to the list of Ubuntu packages needed to support JavaFX.
