A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Why JDK-8136536 is closed? 

It is a ticket describing in exact detail complex major bug and the solution to fix it. 

Related tickets mentioned in description just barely describe the symptom, so they need to be closed and this one reopened. 

 In addition IMHO this is not P4 as it prevents any serious multimedia application from relying on Oracle JDK, the only solution currently is to patch javafxrt with a proprietary fix for this bug.


REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

I did raise the priority of JDK-8134843 to P3.

The reason that JDK-8136536 was closed is because there are two issues already open tracking these problems: JDK-8134837 and JDK-8134843. At this time I see no need for additional JBS issues open to track them.
