Description
The methods Runtime.Version.compareToIgnoreOpt() and Runtime.Version.equalsIgnoreOpt() should be renamed to compareToIgnoreOptional() and equalsIgnoreOptional() respectively. This aligns them with the associated getter, Runtime.Version.optional().
