Description
1. Change `Builder.connectTimeout(long, TimeUnit)` to `Builder.connectTimeout(Duration)`
2. Change `long request(long)` to `void request(long)`
3. Remove `java.net.http.WebSocket#sendBinary(byte[], boolean)`
4. Remove `java.net.http.WebSocket#sendText(Stream<CharSequence>)`
5. Remove `java.net.http.WebSocket.MessagePart#isLast`
