Description
nsk.share.sajdi.Binder should control how long to wait for a connection. It causes the test to timeout, only after a harness-specified duration (30 min for VM). 

But it should fail much earlier and don't waste test machine time.
It affects all SA-JDI tests. The problem manifests itself very rarely, so I don't add any test names, so not to hide any product bugs.
