Description
very similar to JDK-8147016. Please run the same example and move the image frame to another monitor. Sometimes the image is corrupted (see the screenshot).

Win. 8 + JDK9 b101 + HiDPI display (1st)

> How the different scale may be set for monitors? at least for Windows 10 we can set the scale indifidually for each display. and yes - for the case 175% + 100% I can see "2x" for both displays (nok?)

reopening as the issue is reproducible on Windows 10 with JDK9 b135 (please see the attached "win10_nok.png")

Cannot reproduce the issue with -b134. How the different scale may be set for monitors? AFAIK Windows do not support this. Please, provide more info how to reproduce.

please note also that "2x" image is visible on the 2nd (low-resolution) monitor (expected: "1x")
