Description
JDKb83 introduced following change to public API:

javax.xml.ws.spi.Provider.JAXWSPROVIDER_PROPERTY public static final field was removed.

However this is a small change it's a change to public API and thus it should be CCC approved, but CCC 8131667 doesn't mention removing of this field. Neither attached specdiff nor "Specification" section mentions it.
