Fix Request [8u]
This is the starting point of the Marlin renderer backport in OpenJDK 8 updates.
Azul zulu8 and JetBrains JRE8 already provide this renderer in their openjdk builds.
This initial patch will provide the new renderer, better performance & higher quality in 8u, but disabled by default in contrary to jdk9, to not change the default behaviour (Pisces) yet.
To enable it, set the System property:
-Dsun.java2d.renderer=sun.java2d.marlin.MarlinRenderingEngine
