Description
After JDK-8141538 is implemented, DynamicLinker objects are specific to a Context, and thus the "nashorn.unstable.relink.threshold" system property could be replaced with an (undocumented) command line option --unstable-relink-threshold.

Since the system property is actually mentioned in our docs/DEVELOPER_README document, maybe we shouldn't remove it right away but use it as the default for when the command line option is not specified.
