JDK-8131886 - Packager classes and ant-javafx.jar file missing from FX jake build
Description
In the current FX 9 build, the Java packager module delivers a jar files with utility classes used by an "ant" plugin (ant-javafx.jar). ant-javafx.jar file is missing from the FX jake build. The ant-javafx.jar file will need to continue to be delivered as a jar file.

This is now resolved as of the 2015-11-09 nightly build.

The jdk.packager module is currently not built (disabled) as part of our nightly builds since there is no Jigsaw JDK installed. Once this is done and JDK9_HOME is set to point to this, we can re-enabled the packager in our nightly builds.
