Description
After a fair amount of analysis of community usage of the JavaFX private APIs, there have been a small number of APIs found that would yield relatively large gains. This was communicated most recently on openjfx-dev at [1]. 

This issue is an umbrella issue in which I will link to the candidate APIs that we will review and consider making public in some form.
