A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
JDK-8133841 was closed as a duplicate of JDK-8091277. 

After checking it appears to be a different bug. I don't see any limitation on Windows 7 to play full HD in portrait mode 1080x1920. 

DirectShow samples from SDK play 1080x1920 videos just fine. 



REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
