The runtime of BigInteger.multiplyToLen can be extremely long when passed a large argument and it does not do a safepoint check.

Fixed by the patch for 8130150. multiplyToLen is guarded by KARATSUBA_THRESHOLD or by MONTGOMERY_INTRINSIC_THRESHOLD. There are no code paths where it can be called for very large arguments.
