JDK-8100859 - Mac: Stage.setTitle has no effect on Mac application name
Description
Currently we use "Glass" in about menu, and include "Preferences" and "About menu", which are NOPs.

Need to clean this up for the Mac release.

The menu code on the Mac has indeed been cleaned up.
