Description
The Screen.getScale() on WIndows is calculated based on the DPI of the screen, assuming that only screens with DPI==72 have the scale factor of 1.0.

Generally, this is a wrong assumption.
Comments
On Windows an application always renders in physical pixels, therefore the scale factor must always be 1.0, regardless of the current DPI settings.
