Justification: Cannot be fixed without RT-11239 (Add drawGlyphVector type support to prism graphics). Need to be scheduled for Lombard.

Since this depends on RT-11239 and that is not scheduled for Presidio, neither can this be done in Presidio.

Whilst creating this screenshot in TinyMCE, I run into other selection issues where it became impossible to select certain segments of text without other, unrelated segments also becoming selected unexpectedly.
