Description
Implement com.apple.eawt APIs that make sense in JFX.

Glass needs to support this first, then JFX needs to expose it through public APIs.

Jean-Francois Denise says they're OK with Glass APIs for now, so this is not strictly needed for Mac Beta release.

Steve, would like to get us started with this API? Jean-Francois Denise team would probably be also a good place to ask for their expectations regarding this feature.
