PerspectiveCamera.fov property doesn't affect anything and is never updated. It also has no description in javadoc.

Change Priority from Major to Critical, and change Component from Graphics to Graphics-Prism.

PerspectiveCamera's fov will be renamed to fieldOfView. Updated summary to reflect this change.
